Widalys L. DeSoto-Burt is an award-winning author who was born and raised in Puerto Rico as the eldest of four children. She is an engineer and manager at a Fortune 500 company in Ohio. Widalys enjoys playing sports, traveling, reading, painting, and spending time with her husband and three young sons. She is also the author of Global Time Zone and Memoirs of a Shy Girl.
